Before day one Contract, match and access 1 to 2 weeks from your decision - We match the designer to your domain, stage and stack, and sign an NDA if you need one. - Access to the product, analytics, session recordings and any design files you already have. - One go-to person on your side who can answer a question without booking a meeting. 2. Week 1 Workshop, audit and developer intro we learn the product before we improve it - A 2 to 4 hour workshop with whoever owns the product, usually the CEO or CPO: goals, metrics, roadmap. - A walk through your key flows, analytics and recordings, to check the brief against what users actually do. - An intro to your developers, so the designer learns your stack and what is cheap and what is expensive to build. - By the end of the week: the first flow we design and the metric it should move. 3. Week 2 First clickable prototype something you can click, not a status report - A prototype of the first flow, in Figma or in code, whichever your team builds from. - The design director reviews it before you see it. - Your feedback on one call; changes land the same week. 4. Week 3 onward Weekly sprints 1 to 2 calls a week, chat in between - Every week you get Figma files, specs or front-end code pushed to your GitHub. - Components go into your design system, so developers and AI agents build from one source. - The designer works full time; our design director and the PM are on every sprint. 5.
