What the content is for
The articles, case studies and pages on this site describe our work and our views. They are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Results described in case studies were achieved for those clients and are not a promise of the same result for yours.
Prices and proposals
Prices on this site, such as "from" prices on the pricing pages, show where engagements usually start. They are not an offer. Scope, price and terms for any work are set in a written proposal or contract, and those documents take precedence.
Contacting us is not an engagement
Writing to us, booking a call or sending materials does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side until we both sign an agreement.
Who owns it
The text, design and images on this site belong to Other Land or are used with permission. Client names, logos and product screens belong to their owners and are shown with their permission. You may quote and link to our content with attribution. Do not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break or overload the site, get around its security, or scrape or copy it at scale. Do not use our name, work or content in a way that suggests we endorse you.
