How will we work together?
We work as part of your team. A dedicated senior designer will join your day-to-day process via work chats and regular video syncs (one to three times per week).
Our Head of Design and Project Manager remain involved part-time to guide the process and offer fresh perspectives.
We collaborate closely with your PMs, designers, and developers, aligning with your roadmap by following it or helping shape and prioritize it for the greatest impact.
What’s your pricing model?
We offer two flexible pricing models to fit your product’s needs.
1. Weekly sprints are ideal for project-based work up to three months, where you pay monthly for the weeks we work.
2. Full-time involvement means a dedicated designer joins your team at a fixed monthly rate, similar to a salary.
After our intro call, we recommend the best approach based on your scope and product needs, along with a cost estimate.
What do you need from us to get started?
We begin by signing an NDA if required. Then we ask for your business requirements, roadmap, and vision to prepare an accurate estimate.
A kickoff meeting with both teams helps us get to know each other and align on your product mindset. Once we agree on the scope, sign the contract, and set a start date, we hold another meeting on day one to outline a detailed plan and deliverables for the first sprint.
Can you work with our existing design system?
Yes, we have extensive experience working with established companies and their design systems. If you already have one, we follow it to ensure consistency. If it needs refinement, we help make it more solid and scalable.
And if you do not have one yet, we can build it from scratch to ensure a smooth and efficient design process.
Can you also help with branding, website design, or development?
Our main focus is product design, but if your digital product needs a website, we can help with both design and development. We also offer branding support when needed.
We work with experienced brand designers and developers and can bring in the right experts based on your specific requirements.
Do you offer a trial period or a minimum commitment?
We offer a minimum commitment of one month or 4-week sprints, giving us enough time to deliver real value and measurable results. If you’re not ready for a full commitment yet but curious for a fresh perspective, you can start with a one-week product audit sprint.
During this time, we’ll dive into your product, analyze key areas, and provide insights for both product growth and user experience improvements.
